From the distance, one can make out barren, volcanic landscapes as well as shapes reminiscent of our industrial past.
From close up, one discovers the layering, and notices a bright, glowing orange or a rich blue glinting out from between the muted tones. One thinks of deep wounds and injuries, eruptions full of energy, one stares into abysses, and discovers the dynamic whirls of the joy of life.
